Cecilia Aymí (soprano), the composer, teacher and organist Rossend Aymí’s daughter. At an early age she entered in Conservatorio Professional de Música de Tarragona to study a middle degree, in singing specialisation, together with mezzo-soprano Mercè Obiol and pianist Alan Branch. Later she obtained the singing high degree at Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona, with the highest qualifications, under the mastery of Enriqueta Tarrés. After completing her higher education she was awarded by the private foundation Duran Martí to expand her singing studies in Munich.

Throughout her career she has sang in numerous internationally prestigious concert theatres and venues such as Gran Teatre del Liceu, Palau de la Música in, L’Auditori, all them in Barcelona, Teatro Fortuny in Reus, Faràndula in Sabadell, Wiener Saal in Salzburg and the Schloss Mirabell also in Salzburg. Founder of the Performing Arts School in Tortosa and the PROTO music festival. In 2022 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Antique Music Interpretation (ESMUC).
Currently, she teaches voice and choral singing at Conservatorio de Música de la Diputació de Tarragona and ARTS in Tortosa.
